Issue:
How to fix the error: "Could not connect to the Schneider Electric Update Server", which occurs when you use an outdated version of Schneider Electric Software Update.

Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10
Resolution:
For security reasons Schneider Electric is using a new server to notify for available software updates since August 2020.
Only versions greater or equal to 2.5.0 of Schneider Electric Software Update are prepared to communicate to this server.
When you use a version between 2.0.1 and 2.3.1, your Schneider Electric Software update will report the above described connection issue.
To solve this, please download and install the latest Schneider Electric Software Update client software from the link below:
https://www.seupdate.schneider-electric.com/download/SystemConsistency/SoftwareUpdate/SESU_latest_version/SESU_latest_setup_sfx.exe
If you are unable to obtain the Install file from the above link, please contact your IT department to unblock connections to the "seupdate" domain and unblock *.exe file downloads from this domain. This is the domain of the Schneider Electric Software Update tool.
