Data Acquisition alerts are not received in Facility Expert Operations
When you do not receive Data Acquisition alerts on EcoStruxure Facility Expert mobile application, it might be due to one of the reasons mentioned below:
Reason 1 :
1) The Events would have been disabled in Facility Expert Energy portal. These events highlighted below should be enabled for you to receive the Data Acquisition alerts in both Facility Expert Energy web portal and Facility Expert Mobile application. For you to enable these settings, you need to navigate to "Events" after you login to the Facility Expert Energy web portal.
Event settings

The blue color triangle where you see "Facility Expert" text, whose Event family is "Operation Data Acquisition", you need to make this enabled (If toggle button is green, it means the event is enabled).

Reason 2:
2) If the events are enabled and still you do not receive the alerts, another reason could be that you have not acknowledged and closed the alert when it has been triggered first time.

As indicated in above screen shot, it is mandatory that you need to acknowledge and close the event to receive the similar events for that particular site when ever it is triggered next time.
