Issue:
AR8395 mounts to the accessory rail in the cabinet so it should be able to install into any NetShelter cabinet.

Cause:
AR8395 description says that it's for the NetShelter AV cabinets.

Resolution:
The AR8395 can be installed into any NetShelter cabinet that has 20U vertical mounting space available.
