Issue:
ATV312 is stuck running at low speed and will not ramp up.
Product Line:
Altivar 312
Environment:
All
Cause:
Drive is not getting a speed reference to ramp up
Resolution:
First check to see if the drive is in local mode by error. The drive is in local mode if the red LED's on the left side of the display are flashing in sequence.
Check to see if the drive is programmed to look at the analog input speed reference that you are using.
Check to see if the analog signal is making it to the drive so that the drive can follow the speed signal. Using a meter, measure DC voltage between the analog input you're using and COM.
Check to see if there is a logic input assigned as a preset speed, and maybe the preset speed set lower than your low speed.
Check Low speed and high speed settings in the SET menu under LSP and HSP.
