This video explains how to recover logs like the "Switch Configuration" and the "Switch event log" from a Switch Connexium product.

For easy access to the Connexium (Java) Web pages, you can download the 'Schneider Java Viewer'.  This utility operates independent of the web browser for viewing and configuration of Connexium switches.
