How to Generate Panel Server Diagnostic Files for Tech Support

For any issue that needs Schneider-Electric technical support, please provide a Panel Server diagnostic file.

Log on to your Panel Server and go to Maintenance -> Syslog.
Change the Global log level to "Debug" and click on save.
Please note that the "Debug" level is validated only for the new logs (current and futur timestamps). If possible, wait for your issue to reproduce.
Pas_Diag

After having reproduced your issue, please go back on Maintenance -> Syslog and click on :
  • Export logs button
  • Export auto-diagnostic button
This will generate 2 files. Please forward them with your tech support ticket.
