Issue:
Using wiring made from a type of metal different than that of the terminals on the input and output wiring blocks of single phase Symmetra UPS systems can potentially cause corrosion and connection issues over time.

Cause:
The terminal blocks on single phase Symmetra UPS systems are rated for copper wiring only.

Resolution:
APC by Schneider Electric recommends only the use of copper wire for single phase Symmetra installations.
