This is an overview of ClearSCADA Mobile licensing. For more information about the ClearSCADA Mobile components visit FA314093.

ClearSCADA Mobile Application:

• installed on iOS or Android based mobile devices
• does not require license to be installed
• displays Device ID which is unique to a particular mobile device

ClearSCADA Mobile Server:

• is licensed separately from ClearSCADA
• the license is based on the number of systems and the number of mobile devices for each system
• only a software license available - ClearSCADA Mobile Server does not support dongle licenses
• licensed through ClearSCADA Mobile Configurator
• Machine ID is required to generate a license
• Machine ID can be found in the Licensing section of the ClearSCADA Mobile Configurator

ClearSCADA Mobile Companion

• Does not need a separate license
• ClearSCADA License has to allow for at least 1 ODBC connection
