This is possible using the scaling for VIA input by means of parameters F201-F204.
With setting:
F201=100%
F202=0Hz
F203=0%
F204=50Hz
you get 0Hz reference at 100% signal on VIA and 50Hz reference at 0% signal on VIA.
Bear in mind the safety.
If 10V signal is lost, ATV will not be able to recognize the problem. Instead, ATV will see 0V on its analog input and accelerate motor to HSP.

F202=0Hz
F203=0%
F204=50Hz
