What PTC control relay shall be used for the ATEX installation? Can the VW3AE2002 option board of Altivar drive system for the ATEX installation?

Neither Altivar nor another device like the LT3SM control relay has ATEX-certified PTC input. It is necessary to use a 3rd party Atex certified device for the PTC processing.
VW3AE2002 is an accessory for drive systems ATEX version. But VW3AE2002 is not manufactured by Schneider-electric. It is a Ck145S device from Flender manufacturer.
