Who provides support for Topaz / EPE product lines?

All Topaz products and the single phase lines of EPE were divested to MGE Office Protection Systems (owned by Eaton) in November 2007.

The three phase UPS and power distribution units of EPE are  supported by APC-MGE ( which is a unit of Schneider Electric) in Costa Mesa , CA. Contact 800-523-0142 for support .
