Amidst planned power cuts, it becomes necessary to seek products that will help us navigate through this while staying connected and safe. Protecting your devices and having a backup plan can make all the difference when the power goes out.

The curve of innovation to help deal with power cuts has been evolving from gas lamps and candles in the 1950s to torches and power banks in recent times. As reliance on electricity increases being the main source of power, coming up with products that match this magnitude becomes an urgency rather than a luxury.

Schneider Electric has always been one of the biggest companies in the field of the digital transformation of energy management and automation, leading innovation and electrification efforts. To ensure constant access to electricity while prioritizing the safety of people and devices at homes and businesses, Schneider Electric has introduced three devices that can help you stay connected and safe during a power outage.

  1. Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS): Think of a UPS as a power bank, but on a larger scale. This device, available in 3 various options with different capacities, provides temporary power backup to large devices such as laptops, and TVs, etc. It allows you to stay connected and finish up the work you have during a power outage, if you are working at home or from an office, without any risk of data loss or damage. UPS devices come in different voltages and capacities to cater various user needs.
  1. Stabilizer/AVR: With this device, you won’t have to constantly unplug your devices during power outages and plug them back in when the power is back. This device regulates voltage fluctuations, ensuring a constant and safe voltage supply to electrical appliances and electronics. By doing so, it can help you protect your expensive devices like TVs, and refrigerators from damage, saving you from costly repairs or replacements.
  1. Extension sockets: These unique devices are designed to safeguard your devices from sudden voltage surges. They also come with a lamp indicator that notifies you of any voltage instability or sudden surges. Extension sockets are available in two models: one with five plugs and another with a single plug. It also includes a USB port, allowing you to charge your phone more safely and quickly.

By utilizing these tools and taking advantage of technology, you can ensure safety, connectivity, and convenience in your everyday life. Don’t let a power cut disturb your day – be ready with the right equipment.
