How are suppressor modules selected for contactors?
Supprssor modules are selected according to the type of protection required. There're 4 types of modules: RC-circuit, Varistors, flywheel diodes & Bi-directional peak limiting diode. Each type is used with a certain type of protection as shown in the catalogue attached.
