What is the difference between using 4P and 3P vigi module or RCCB in a TNS system? When will the 3P and 4P vigi module or RCCB be utilized? In what application?
In some applications like motor, or lighting (flood lights), the operation of these work on line to line (i.e. the neutral is not used), so in such applications the 3P vigi module or RCCB can be used. When you have a neutral, the 4P RCCB or 4P Vigi can be used. For using 4P RCCB in 3P application you have to follow the attached scheme where a resistor has to be wired as explained.
