What is the suitable medium voltage fuse for a capacitor application? How can I decide on the fuse rated current?

Among Schneider Electric medium voltage (MV) fuses range, Fusarc CF or Solefuse types could be used according to rated voltage & international standard as indicated in below selection table:
fuses selection table
A common rule applied to any switchgear in the presence of capacitor banks is to derate the rated current by 30 to 40% due to the harmonics which cause additional temperature rise.
It is recommended to apply a coefficient of (1.7 to 1.9) times the capacitor bank line current in order to obtain the appropriate fuse rating.

As true for transformers, it is necessary to know the rms inrush current value and its duration and use fuse curves to confirm the insensitivity to this current.
