How to to unlock the drive using master reset password for ATV310 ?
1.
Go to the 999. Press Enter. ON will be displayed ( meaning drive is password protected and hence access to FULL menu and factory reset is not permissible)
2.
Rotate jog dial clockwise and set value 2663
3.
Press Enter. Display will automatically change to 999
4.
Press Enter again on 999. Display still shows 999
5.
Rotate jog dial anticlockwise till OFF. Upon OFF displayed, press Enter again .
This completes the unlocking of drive from password protection..
