There are several factors that have influence on analog output scaling if assigned to inlet pressure, outlet pressure, installation flow:
- system units definition
- presence of dedicated sensor and its assignment in "Sensor assignment" menu
- scaling range of the sensor when assigned to analog input AIx
- flow range derived from pump curves when AQ assigned to installation flow but installation flow or pump flow assignment = estimated flow.
If there is no inlet pressure sensor and no assignment, then analog output assigned to inlet pressure gives 0mA(4mA) or 0V. If there is a inlet sensor used and assigned to AIx, then analog output assigned to inlet pressure will use scaling copied from the scaling on AIx
Likewise for outlet pressure value.
- No sensor => 0mA/0V on analog output assigned to outlet pressure.
- Sensor used and assigned to AIx => analog output scaling will copy AIx scaling
Likewise for installation flow.
- No sensor and no assignment in FS1A => 0mA/0V on analog output assigned to installation flow.
- No sensor, but assignment FS1A=Estimated pump flow and pump curves entered and activated and flow estimation enabled, then analog output assigned to installation flow will use scaling of pump curves (here pump flow = installation flow). The scaling will appear as min-max value FS2V and SLFV. In my case according to pump curve, th head vs flow curve could reach max 8m3/h (at low pressure) while installation flow sensor that I used measured up to 20m3/h.
- Sensor used and assigned to AIx => analog output scaling will copy AIx scaling
For pump flow [FS2V], assignment is not available for AQ
Note: In booster control you may have different setting for FS1A (installation flow sensor assignment)and FS2A (pump flow sensor assignment).
