Principle
The pre-setting transfer error occurs if a pre-set file could not be loaded to the device, or the configuration is not compatible.
Probable cause
• The configuration transfer to the drive was not successful or interrupted.
• The stored pre-set was loaded from an different firmware (MCP/MCE), with additional or less parameters.
Remedy
• Load a compatible configuration.
• Check the pre set file
• Use SoMove to transfer pre-set to the device
• perform a factory setting
