Issue:
Two SmartX IP controller device has been assigned the same static IP address
Product Line:
EcoStruxure Building Operation, SmartX IP Controller devices
Resolution:
If the SmartX IP controller detects an IP conflict while assigned a static IP address, it fails over to Auto-IP. This failover allows you to rediscover the controller and reassign an appropriate static IP address.
You do so by using any of the following methods:

Resolution:

You do so by using any of the following methods:
- Temporarily reconfigure the IP network of the host server to an IP in the Auto-IP range to discover and correct the IP address
- Connect an additional Enterprise server to the network with a BACnet IP network configured in the Auto-IP range to discover and correct the controller's IP address
- Connect eCommission SmartX Controllers mobile application to the network using an IP address configured in the Auto-IP range to discover and correct the controller's IP address
- Connect eCommission SmartX Controllers tool to the SmartX IP controller using the eCommission Bluetooth Adapter on any SmartX Sensor connected directly to the controller to discover and correct the controller's IP address
