Issue:
The PM5000 series meter stops data logging after a certain time.
Environment:
PowerLogic PM5000 series
Resolution:
The PM5500 series meters stop recording data logs after its memory is full.
If you've set the interval for recording too low (for example, 1 minute) for 14 different parameters, it'll probably fill in less than 2 weeks. So please use a bigger time interval (for example, 30 minutes) so that it can last about a year or so for 14 parameters.
However, if the meter is set to circular memory instead of hold and fill, it'll automatically delete old logs and replace them with new logs. So please check ION Setup > Logging > Memory, and check the memory usage of each parameter and set them accordingly to circulate at a specific number of days.
