Issue:
NetBotz 5.x private proxy launch fails if HTTP is disabled after discovery.
Product Line:
NetBotz 5.3
Environment:
NBRK0750
NBWL0755
NBPD0165
APC SNMP devices
Cause:
Discovery with HTTP enabled configures Private Proxy to use HTTP automatically. If HTTP is disabled on the NetBotz camera 165 or any private side SNMP device, launching to the device will fail.
Resolution:
If HTTP needs to be disabled on the device, do it before discovery on the private LAN. If this change is made afterwards and you want to be able to launch to the device, you will have to delete the device and re-add it.
Please note that on version prior to 5.3, HTTP must remain enabled for the private proxy to work.
