A member of its Executive Committee, YIN Zheng leads overall strategy development and business growth in China & East Asia Operations at Schneider Electric.

YIN Zheng joined Schneider Electric in 2013, first as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development and then as Senior Vice President of Low Voltage Business at its China Operations. He was appointed Executive Vice President, China Operations in January 2017.

Prior to joining Schneider Electric, YIN Zheng held senior management positions at various multi-national companies. He was Senior Vice President at Philips in China, in charge of strategy, new business development, mergers & acquisitions and business transformation. He also held management roles in Dow Jones, Reuters, and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.

YIN Zheng graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with dual bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering, as well as Automation and Control. He also holds an MBA Degree from Harvard Business School.

Chris Leong is a driven leader with extensive experience across continents and disciplines including organization and digital transformation, business strategies, sales and marketing across B2C and B2B industries.

Chris started with Schneider Electric in January 2012 and in March 2015, she was appointed as Chief Marketing Officer, part of the Schneider Electric Executive Committee Leadership Team. She is responsible for making marketing a competitive advantage for the company – building a strong purpose-led brand and leveraging digital to increase customer intimacy and drive business growth. Prior to her appoint as CMO, Chris served as the Executive Vice President, Digital Customer Experience, leading a key company transformation in digitization to deliver a more effective and engaging customer experience.

Previously, Chris led Nokia Greater China, Korea & Japan region, a US$8b P&L operations. During her six and a half years tenure at Nokia, Chris also held various global roles including Senior Vice President Global Marketing, where she was responsible for Nokia's Go-To-Market, brand and marketing with US$1b investment across 80 markets.

Prior to joining Nokia, Chris held various senior management roles in marketing communications firms, including WPP agencies Bates Asia (Hong Kong and Singapore), Ogilvy Europe (London, UK) and Grey Global Group (Singapore and Malaysia) working with global brand leaders such as P&G, Ford, HSBC, Heineken and various telecommunication brands.

Chris is passionate about ESG-based principles and is a firm believer that Purpose-led enterprises are the foundation for a Sustainable and Equitable future for our businesses, customers, employees, communities and the environment. She is an advocate of UNSDG that serves as our collective guide towards progress and sustainability for all.

During her free time, she believes in a giving back, passionate about working with charity groups focusing on efforts to support underprivileged children in our community.

Chris speaks four languages; English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.

Jonathan Chiu is the President of Schneider Electric Hong Kong. Leading the company’s overall business in Hong Kong and Macau, he spearheads business and management strategies to optimize organizational performance, lead bold transformations and drive business expansion and growth.

Since joining Schneider Electric two decades ago, Jonathan has held leadership roles in various business divisions within the organization. Edward Au is Deloitte China Southern Region Managing Partner. He is responsible for Deloitte China's offices in Southern China, which encompasses Hong Kong SAR, Changsha, Guangzhou, Hainan, Macau SAR, Shenzhen and Xiamen, and with a focus on the development of the practice in the Greater Bay Area.  He drives practice transformation, fosters talent development and advances the Firm’s presence across the region.  

Edward also contributes to organizations and the community in Hong Kong as Vice President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), Member of Policy Research Committee of Financial Services Development Council, and Member of Audit and Risk Committee of Hong Kong Red Cross.

Giuliana Auinger is the Head of Sustainability Business APAC at Schneider Electric. She is responsible for managing the region’s Energy & Sustainability Services and Sustainability Consulting organization, with the mission to help large enterprises deliver climate mitigation actions and reduce carbon emissions using technological solutions.

Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Giuliana was a strategy consulting Partner at KPMG, practice leader at Axiom and management consultant at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants and Booz & Company.

Giuliana has an MBA from the University of Hong Kong and a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Bristol.

Ir Dr Cary Chan, JP is a proven expert in creating energy efficient buildings in the APAC region. The pioneer of “Knowledge Based Energy Management” in Hong Kong, Cary currently holds the position of Executive Director at the Hong Kong Green Building Council.

An astute engineer, Cary played an instrumental role in establishing Hong Kong’s Green building assessment tool in 1995. In his illustrious career of 25 years, Cary has dedicated his efforts towards driving his vision of enabling and enhancing building energy efficiency.

He has published over 25 research papers on building energy efficiency and won several international awards, including Client of the Year – Low Carbon Operation Award by the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers. In 2017, he was appointed as Justice of the Peace (JP) by the government of Hong Kong for his contribution to the Hong Kong community.

Anita is an experienced executive in the tech industry, currently serving as the Director of Ecosystem Development at Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (HSITP), and previously as the Head of Ecosystem Development at Cyberport. With over 25 years of management and business development experience, Anita has worked with notable companies such as HK Telecom, IBM, Equant, and Wharf T&T.

Anita's expertise lies in supporting tech startups through entrepreneurship programs, strategic collaborations, and fostering startup ecosystems. She is known for her strategic leadership, cross-functional resource management, and delivering high-quality tech solutions. Anita is passionate about innovation and process management and believes they are key to driving business growth and profitability.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Anita actively engages in public service. She serves on the Information and Communications Technology Industry Training Advisory Committee (ITAC) appointed by the Education Bureau. Anita also participates in incubation and acceleration programs, mentors students, and is involved in various organizations such as the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Club, Hong Kong Computer Society, and the STEM+E Consortium.

Ir Dr Vincent Cheng is an Arup Fellow and East Asia Climate and Sustainability Leader at Arup. Vincent has over 25 years of work experience on low-carbon masterplanning, infrastructure and properties, carbon neutrality, green finance, environment, society and governance (ESG) for international, greater China and local clients and projects. Vincent and the team assist clients in solving complex business, operational, and strategic design issues, especially in the planning and management of resilient system infrastructure, carbon reduction path planning, and "Nature-based Solutions (NbS)" etc.

Dr Cheng has been appointed to serve as committee member of various government and professional organizations, including the Energy Advisory Committee of the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Green Technology and Financial Development Committee of the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau and so on.

Zena Cheng is Vice President, Channel and Partnerships of SUNeVision. She plays a significant role in driving the company’s strategic alliance to empower the partner ecosystem and business collaborations. She combines her technology domain expertise with extensive network to scale end-to-end channel partner enablement from devising strategies and roadmap, engagement to pre-sales support.

Zena possesses over 20 years of experiences in the information technology sector. Prior to joining SUNeVision, she served various senior positions in Microsoft, Oracle and Sun Microsystems to grow the Asia Pacific and Greater China markets. Zena has also held leadership roles in navigating startups including Nexusguard and Mlytics, chartered for incubation, value creation, business development and channel processes, digital transformation as well as revenue growth.

With a master degree in e-commerce and internet computing, Gigi is a change leader who is devoted to driving digital transformation and innovative experience. Mr Clement Chung is a Director of Arup, leading mechanical and electrical engineering for infrastructure projects and industrial facilities in East Asia. From data centers and hospitals to railway stations and manufacturing facilities, he has led the successful design and delivery of many large-scale mission-critical facilities that are energy-efficient and highly reliable and resilient. These projects are a testament to the power of digital integration, merging diverse disciplines into a single, efficient workflow for “total design”. Mr Chung also emphasizes the importance of sustainability and innovation, which are seamlessly blended into his work.

Andrew is a highly regarded Business Leader in the Data Center industry with proven experience managing complex projects and transactions, delivering outstanding results and working to challenging deadlines and expectations. Andrew has 33 years’ experience in Data Centers, Critical Environments, IT Infrastructure and Physical Security. As the Director of Schneider Electric Hong Kong’s Digital Energy & Power Products divisions, Travis Kan drives the company’s energy management business via strategic initiatives, digital solutions, marketing, and partnerships. Travis is a strong business development professional with a wealth of experience in the energy industry. Prior to re-joining Schneider Electric in 2023, he worked with leading companies, including General Electric and CLP, gaining a comprehensive pool of solid experience in power generation, transmission and distribution, control and automation, building energy management, and digital solutions.

Elizabeth Kok has worked at Swire Properties for over 35 years. Over the past decade, she transitioned from portfolio management to business development within the Company. She assumed the role of Director & Senior Advisor in 2016, at a time when the Company had established its strategic vision to become a global industry leader in sustainable development by 2030, under its ambitious new SD2030 Strategy. Elizabeth was tasked with overseeing the integration of this policy across the Company.

Dr. Simon Law is the Assistant General Manager (Innovation) at the Sino Group, whose main role is to identify deep technology solutions for the group’s adoptions.

Simon began his career with R&D roles for technology startups in Canada. He joined the Technology Transfer Center (TTC) at the Hong Kong University and Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2010, and eventually assumed the position of the Director of TTC, leading HKUST”s knowledge transfer activities including IP portfolio development and management, technology commercialization, entrepreneurship and startups incubation, as well as managing the University’s investment fund for deep technology startups.

Steven Lee currently serves as the Director of Secure Power, Power Systems & Industrial Automation at Schneider Electric Hong Kong. In his role, Steven leads the commercial and operational activities of the divisions, providing best-in-class solutions for critical IT and data center establishment, power and grid, industrial automation and digital transformation.

Steven has joined Schneider Electric since 2011. Prior to his current role, Steven was the Head of Marketing, responsible for formulating and implementing marketing strategies to meet the company’s business objectives in the region. He managed new strategic business opportunities, products portfolio management and defined short-term and long-term business plans with digitization as the central focus. 

Steven is an MBA degree holder from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology and has pursued BEng (Hons) in Electronics and Information Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Mr. Adrian Lo is the Director, Corporate Development of SOCAM Development Limited. He joined the Company in 2018 as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and was the Head of Corporate Development before he took up the current position in 2022. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lo founded and operated his own restaurant and catering business for five years. Christine Loh is Chief Development Strategist at Institute for the Environment, HKUST, Scholar in Residence at Asia Society Hong Kong, and Visiting Scholar at the Anderson School of Management, UCLA. She was a former Undersecretary for the Environment (2012-17), special consultant to the Chief Executive on the mainland’s environmental policies (2019-20), and legislator (1992-2000). She is a lawyer by training, and prior to her public sector career, she was a commodities trader in a multinational firm with experience in natural resources. Loh serves on the boards of CDP Worldwide, Global Maritime Forum, New Forests Pty Limited, and Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited.

Ir Vincent Ma is an industry leader with more than 25 years of experience in projects and facility management. As the Chief Executive Officer of ISS Hong Kong, Vincent looks after the whole business and operations of the organization. Gill Meller is MTR Corporation Limited’s Legal and Governance Director. She is responsible for overseeing the Company’s legal, company secretarial, insurance and risk management functions and a central procurement and supply chain function. Mr Simon Ng is Chief Executive Officer of Business Environment Council (“BEC”). He joined BEC as Director – Policy & Research in 2018, and was appointed as CEO since January 2022.

Mr Ng has over 25 years of experience in academic and policy research, project management and stakeholder engagement. He is known for his ground-breaking work on ship emissions inventory and evidence-based control policy in Hong Kong, and his instrumental role in the Fair Winds Charter – a voluntary business initiative to reduce ship emissions. Mr Ng is a Member of the Advisory Council on the Environment of the Hong Kong SAR Government. Internationally, Mr Ng is an Expert Member of the UNCRD Regional Environmentally Sustainable Transport Forum in Asia since 2006.

Francis Ngai is the Honorary Secretary and Vice President of Hong Kong Computer Society in charge of Industry Relations, founding three industry sub-committees – Retail, Travel & Transportation, and Construction industry. Currently he sits in advisory boards in various companies and organizations. He is also the founder and chairman of XDaTech Limited for Outsourcing Business in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific.

He was the General Manager of IBM China/Hong Kong Limited, overseeing IBM’s business and strategic development in Hong Kong. Based in Hong Kong, Ellie is responsible for the integration of sustainability considerations into Fidelity’s real estate investments and supporting the firm in areas including proprietary sustainability ratings, engagement and voting activities with investee companies, as well as sustainability product offerings.

Ellie joined Fidelity from the Hong Kong-listed real estate company, New World Development, where she was Head of Sustainability. Previously, she held sustainability positions at Link Asset Management and HSBC.

Mr. Tomlinson specialises in manufacturing, operations and engineering and has over 32 years of hands-on experience in leading large scales operations across industries including utilities, Advanced Wound Care products manufacturing and food processing. Before joining CLP, Mr. Tomlinson was the Chief Operating Officer for Sembcorp Utilities in the United Kingdom. Previously he was also the Chief Operating Officer of Eggborough Power Ltd (a 2000MW Coal Fired Power Plant) and Managing Director of Lynemouth Power Ltd (a 420MW Biomass Fired Power Plant). Mr. Tomlinson joined CLP Power as the Senior Director – Generation in 2020 and assumed his current position in April 2022. Elsa Wong is Managing Director of NEC Hong Kong Limited (NECHK), a leading Japanese based ICT company in providing one-stop solutions/services for various industries in Hong Kong, Macau and GBA.

She has been working with NECHK for more than 20 years and was promoted through the ranks to Managing Director.  Under her leadership, NECHK won a number of awards such as Hong Kong Outstanding Smart City Solutions Awards 2021 and the Most Valuable Services Awards in Hong Kong 2019.

Dora has over 20 years’ experience in the Property and Facility Management industry. Her professional experience in Facility Management spans operations, consultancy services, workplace management, account management and portfolio management. Dora has strong Facility Management exposure in different business sectors including data centre carrier, mass transit railway, airport service, education, satellite business, horse racing and financial institution sectors.

She worked in several esteemed companies with headquarters located in Hong Kong, UK and US.

Mr Yu Ching Yan, Johnny joined the Company in 2020 as the advisor to Chairman. Prior to joining the Company, Mr Yu held various senior positions with UBS, Credit Suisse and Price Waterhouse in both Hong Kong and London. He brought 28 years of extensive experience covering multiple disciplines including sales and marketing, investment advisory, accounting, tax and risk management and control. He leads the sustainability development of the Company and won the prestigious Business Leadership in Sustainability Award at the Asia Pacific Leadership in Green Building Awards 2022, organised by the World Green Building Council (WorldGBC). He also provides strategic advisory on property sales and marketing, policy formulation, digital transformation and innovation. Mr Yu graduated from The London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London with a bachelor’s degree in Management Science and attained his MBA degree in Finance with City University of London. He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and Chartered Financial Analyst Institute.
