Resolution:
Enclosed System Drives are packaged drives that come standard with the following:
- Circuit Breaker
- Line Chokes
- Control Options (HOA & Speedpot)
- Light Options
Enclosure Type Options:
- Nema1
- Nema 12

Framework:
- For up to 125hp Normal Duty, the Drive System is composed of Altivar 630/930 Drive Converter.
- For drives 150hp Normal Duty and over, they incorporate a Modular Brick Design.
- Each drive has several brick components that each hold or carry certain specific parts. This parts can be replaced if needed to by replacing that particular brick but must be done by a certified Schneider Personnel. These spare components can be ordered for local inventory.
- The drive still maintains the same control and power boards parts from the original Altivar 630 or 930 open style drives.
- The enclosed drive packages offer both wall mounting and floor standing options.
Altivar Process ATV660 (Compact Drive)
This is a standard 6-pulse enclosed package drive for the Altivar 600 series.

Altivar Process ATV680 (Low Harmonic Drive Systems)
This Drive System is based off of a 3-Level Active Front End which provides input current shaping before the DC bus. This has all the same application functions as the ATV600 drives.
Concept:
The ATV680 Low Harmonic Drive Systems are used when drives should contain mains harmonics particularly low.
In comparison with the classic circuit structure of active mains rectifiers, the 3-level technology allows an increase of the switching frequency and the current load is reduced at the same time. This new technology reaches a total distortion factor THD(i) of around 2.3 % and thus fulfills the requirements according to IEEE 519 of THD(i) < 5 % also in case of distorted mains.

Altivar Process ATV980 (Low Harmonic Regenerative Drive Systems)
Based off of the Altivar Process ATV680 Low harmonic Drive System, only difference is to expect same ATV900 application functions with full Regen capability.
Concept:
The ATV980 Regenerative Drive Systems increase the efficiency by feeding back the drive energy to the mains.
An absolutely new developed concept based on a 3-Level technology allows the full energy flow in both directions and reduces the total harmonic distortion THD(i) to a value less than 5 % at the same time.
