Yes, since fw version 2.1 on ATV600 and since fw v. 1.7 on ATV900, the time server function (SNTP) allows to get time with respect to time zone. Even switching between winder and summer time is possible.
Older fw versions allowed only to get UTC time.
It is recommended to configure SNTP via web server that allows more features than configuration by SOmove.
