Solution:
- To update the catalogue, try clicking the update catalogue button.
- The installation file for RemoteConnect must be located on the local drive C:.
- Make sure that the installation 2-RemoteConnect-R-2.7.3_Ecostruxure-Control-Expert-V-15.1.zip file is unblocked.
- Verify under the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files that the FDT and Schneider Electric Shared are complete.
