What would cause the ATV680 AFE drives to show incorrect line voltage measurements on the HMI?

Issue:

ATV680 AFE drives is showing incorrect line voltage measurements on the HMI?

Product Line:

ATV680 and ATV980 enclosed drives.

Environment:

All

Cause:

Loose wiring connection, blown fuse etc.

Resolution:

If the input Line voltage is measuring the correct line voltage phase to phase and to ground.

Remove power and check the following:

-Check the main power fuses they have a tab that will popout to show if they are blown.

-Check the L1 L2 L3 input fuses on the RFI filter circuit board (bottom right corner of ATV680 enclosure if you're facing the drive)

-Check for loose wires on the L1 L2 L3 terminals of the RFI filter circuit board.

-Hire field services to come out and check or replace the RFI circuit board or the Power board.

Example of incorrect input or line voltage readings on the HMI> Drive is running and or in IDLE mode.

Drives Parameters

Mains voltage 338vac

L1= 239vac is incorrect (480vac is correct reading)

L2= 239vac is incorrect (480vac is correct reading)

L3= 480vac is the correct reading

DC bus= 680vdc (Running)

DC bus= <20vdc (IDLE mode)

In this example the L2 wire was disconnected on the RFI filter board.
