Can we adjust the voltage output of an Altivar to be reduced from 380 to 220 Volts?

As per the understanding, the line supply voltage will be 380V or 400V, and you want to set the output voltage to the motor to be 220 V.

Yes, It is possible. You can set the motor name plate voltage to 220V in setting menu or  Motor control (DRC) menu, so that the maximum output voltage will be capped at 220V. When you set the motor voltage to 220V in VFD, the VFD will not allow the output voltage more than 220VAC even though the input voltage is 400VAC.
