How do I interpret the instruction sheet for Osiconcept (Multi-mode) Photoelectric detectors?

The instructions are designed to be, as far as possible, language independent so are primarily graphical rather than descriptive. As a reminder to an individual who is already familiar with the product this works well, but it can prove difficult for a user to understand if it is their first experience of the system.

Attached to this FAQ is a set of text instructions which on their own should be sufficient to explain the required processes, but are particularly useful when used alongside the graphical instructions supplied with the unit which are also attached.
