My SR2/SR3 LCD display screen is not working properly (flashing, strange characters, black screen or stripes). What is wrong with it?

If your Zelio Logic Smart relay screen looks something like the above image, and if you bought your Zelio Smart relay since June 2011 you will need to update your Zelio Soft software to V4.4 or higher.
These Zelio Logic relays have a new screen that requires a more up to date firmware version, which is embedded in the Zelio Soft software V4.4 and higher.
Please follow this link to download the latest version of Zelio Soft. V4.4 or higher.
