When do the ATS48 internal cooling fans run?

Cause:
NA

Resolution:
ATS48D17Y and ATS48D22Y do not have fans.  All other models do have fans.
The fans will operate when the heatsink temperature is greater than 50C.
The fans will stop operating when the heatsink temperature drops below 40C.
