How is an Analog Output Assignment setup on the Altivar Process Drive?
Issue:
Setting up AQ1, AQ2, and AQ3 on the Altivar Process Drive.

Product Line:
Altivar Process Drive (ATV630, ATV930, ATV650, ATV950, ATV660, ATV960, ATV680, ATV980)

Environment:
Altivar Process Drive

Cause:
N/A

Resolution:
To access analog output configurations,
[Complete settings] [Input/Output] [AI/AQ] [AQ1 configuration]

[AQ1 Assignment] AO1 - Analog Assignment - Adjust the analog output assignment (Can be set to motor current, freq, torque etc...)
[AQ1 Type] AO1t - Analog Output 1 Type - Adjust the analog output type between current and voltage
  • Current
    • [AQ1 min output] AOL1 - Analog Minimum Output - Minimum Current Scaling at 0%
    • [AQ1 max output] AOH1 - Analog Maximum Output - Maximum Current Scaling at 100%
    • For example If using 4-20ma out to follow speed reference set the following:
      • AO1 - Motor Frequency [OFr]
      • AO1t - Current [0A]
      • AOL1 - 4
      • AOH1 - 20
  • Voltage
    • [AQ1 min output] UOL1- Analog Minimum Output - Minimum Current Scaling at 0%
    • [AQ1 max output] UOH1- Analog Maximum Output - Maximum Current Scaling at 100%
    • For example If using 0-10v out to follow motor current set the following:
      • AO1 - Motor Current [OCr]
      • AO1t - Voltage [10U]
      • UOL1 - 0
      • UOH1 - 10
Other Settings:
[Scaling AQ1 min] ASL1 - Scaling of the lower limit of the assigned parameter, as a % of the maximum possible variation.
[Scaling AQ1 max] ASH1 - Scaling of the upper limit of the assigned parameter, as a % of the maximum possible variation.
[AQ1 Filter] AO1F - AQ1 cutoff time of the low-filter.

Notes:
Works the same with AQ2 and AQ3
