Regarding the PM8000 series. Below is how PM55000 series meters work:

The units for Energy values change automatically from Wh to kWh, kWh to MWh, MWh to GWh, GWh to TWh, TWh to PWh, we cannot restrict or limit this change in this meter series.

This is how energy readings on PM5500 display rollover and change units:

1. Values between 0.0000 Wh to 999.99 Wh are displayed in Wh scale
2. Values between 10.000 kWh to 999.99 kWh are displayed in kWh scale
3. Values between 1.0000 MWh to 999.99 MWh are displayed in MWh scale.
4. Values between 1.0000 GWh to 999.99 GWh are displayed in GWh scale
5. Values between 1.0000 TWh to 999.99 TWh are displayed in TWh scale
6. Values between 1.0000 PWh to 9223.3 PWh are displayed in PWh scale

And once value reaches 9223.3 PWh , energy value rollovers and start accumulating again automatically.
