Does the EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert require a license?

The software EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert allows us to create and edit application screens that control automation systems for:

•Harmony GTU (Premium and Open Box)

•Harmony GTO (is supported only by software versions prior to V3.1 Service Pack 1)

•Harmony STO7

•Harmony ST6

•Harmony STM6

•Harmony industrial PCs (Panel and Box).

After the installation of EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert, the trial version of the software is available for 42 days and will have to be activated with the commercial license.

So in order to open the software , edit and download the application to the HMI we must have a license.

In UK&I we commercialized only the digital license so we have the followings:

• Professional: (if we need WebServer and OPC UA server)

- HMIPELCZLSPAZZ - Single license type for 1 station.
- HMIPELCZLGPAZZ - Group license type for 3 stations.
- HMIPELCZLTPAZZ - Team license type for 10 stations.
- HMIPELCZLEPAZZ - Entity license type for 100 stations.

• Basic: (if we need just to program the HMISTO7 / ST6 / STM6)

- HMIEELCZLSPAZZ - Single license type for 1 station.

If the application of the HMI or iPC requires the WebViewer feature then an additional printed license is require:

-HMIWRT001 - Single license type for 1 station.
-HMIWRT010 - Team license type for 10 stations.
-HMIWRT100 - Entity license type for 100 stations.

If you already have the license for the EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert and the application needs to run in an iPC then we need to have the RuntTime of the software and we need this license HMIRTWCZLSPAZZ.
