Resolution:
For disposal of batteries used in 3 phase product applications Schneider only provides pre-paid shipping labels for batteries that are either under their initial 1 year warranty or for batteries being replaced as part of a specific battery contract.

Customers are welcome to ship batteries to the following address for proper disposal of 3 phase related batteries –

Schneider Electric 201 Fulling Mill Rd, Middletown, PA 17057

Note –

• For all 3 phase batteries the customer is required to pay for the return ship of any battery that is not under warranty or specific Battery Service contracts.
• Customers may arrange their own heavy weight pick up if desired thru major shipping companies.
• Schneider does not provide packaging for returning batteries.
