Resolution
The quality status for a DNP3 variable is returned from the 'BMXNOR0200' as 'Offline' even though the DNP3 communications is confirmed to be
online and communicating. When this occurs, the value for the DNP3 variable is returned with a good value and timestamp. This was found to
occur if the 'CPU Reg Mapping' of the DNP3 variable is configured with the flag selection.
The same issue will also occur if either the 'Default Static Variation' or 'Default Event Variation' are configured with the flag selection.
The following workaround can be used to resolve the issue, if the DNP3 variable is defined as a DDT variable in the Unity application
