It is possible if ATV71 is used in open loop, an optional encoder board can be used to read the encoder signals mounted on the shaft.
Then customize the monitoring parameter MMF ("Measured Speed") to convert Hz into machine shaft RPMs.

Note- Parameters customization can be accessed in "Expert" access level only.
