With this link the standby CPU is updated (Program, data transfer from Primary to Standby) after the end of every scan cycle.
The %SW61.6 bit correspond to Fiber optic link between the two hot standby CPU’s. When the Bit %SW61.6 is ‘1’ then the
link is not established or its broken/fail.
