While using SCADAPACK32 and program this unit with ISaGRAF V3, I want to hold sum of one(or two) digital input in the project after shut down the SCADAPACK32. How can I retain the values in SCADAPACK 32.

You can not use inputs and outputs variables to retain the value on power reset as they don't allow the 'Retain' feature. I suggest you create internal points in the ISaGRAF and use logic to move the output points into the internal points. You can then set up 'Retain' on the internal variables in ISaGRAF.
