In UPS BX1100C-IN, Mains is available but still ups is running on Battery mode ?

Probable cause:
It can be because of anyone reason listed below :

• Input socket issue
• Distorted input voltage
• Line voltage out of range.

1. Verify that the power cable plug is securely connected to the wall outlet, There should not be any loose      connection.
2. Verify that the wall outlet is receiving utility power by checking it with another device like mobile charger.
3. Input voltage should be between 145V-290V and frequency 50Hz.
4. Earth voltage shouldn't exceed 5v and Neutral line must be present without any break.
5. If the input supply is coming from generator, check the generator settings and capacity
