Load connected to UPS BX600C-IN is giving Shock?

Possible cause: Improper grounding 1:This could be on account of neutral return current, You need to check electrical wiring (Check Ground to Neutral voltage) and do the required correction.
2:Modem connected to the internal SMPS chassis is not grounded to the body of the system.
3:Any external system interfacing with the system like Printer, sourcing  unregulated raw power from mains  also could be a source.
