Why ATV212 have high switching frequency compared to ATV630.
The limit is probably due to the C-less technology of the drive. A low switching frequency will generate more harmonics due to the waveform of the signal that it is not sinusoidal. So to limit the ripple on the DC bus and to guarantee drive performance at nominal load the switching frequency low limit is set to 6kHz (i.e. high switching frequency compared to ATV630).
