While installing Web Reports server IN ESx Building Operation getting error "Create database failed"

Follow the below steps:-
1. Login to the "SQL Server Configuration Manager".
2. Select "SQL Server Services".
3. Select "SQL Server(SQLEXPRESS)" then right click select "Properties".
4. Select "LogOn" tab.
5. Select "Built-in account" option with "Local System".
6. Click "Ok"
