The PM8000 series meter's front screen shows True Power Factor.
One of the default arithmetic modules in the meter provides the displacement power factor. The details can be found in this KB article, How to view displacement power factor in advanced ION architecture meters? .

By creating a custom display screen, the Displacement Power Factor can be selected and viewed.  Step-by-step instructions for creating custom screens on the PM8000 are detailed at Video: PowerLogic PM8000 series meter custom screens .
