To remove the expiration date for a user account, follow the below steps.
1. In WorkStation, in the System Tree pane, select the EcoStruxure BMS server you want to configure.
2. Click the Control Panel tab.
3. Click Account management.
4. In the Domain list, select the domain the user account belongs to.
5. In the User Accounts list, select the user account.
6. Click Summary.
7. In the Summary tab, in the Expires on boxes, remove the date and time settings for the account.
8. Click the Save button.
