The ATV310 have no hardware detection circuit on the main input phase to detect phase failure.
This detection is done via a measure of the ripple on DC bus.
Input phase loss trips if the DC bus voltage ripple is more than 35 to 65 volts for the 400 V.
So, this detection is function of the motor load because the DC bus voltage ripple increased if the motor is loaded and a phase is lost.
In ATV310 this function operates properly at full load.
