What do if there is "CH9" error code on display for Easy UPS SRV6KL-IN ?

Probable cause:

Easy-UPS has detected a charger error.

Possible Solution:

1. Verify if there is any short circuit at the Easy-UPS battery terminal.
2. Do a manual restart of UPS by switching off the output, disconnecting the unit from the mains power supply, disconnecting all connected equipment, and disconnecting the external batteries.
3. Reconnect the equipment and batteries.
4. Switch on the utility power and check whether the issue is resolved.

In case if the issue persists even after trying the above troubleshooting, log the complaint.
