Possible cause: Battery completely drained/ Battery ended its service life. Solution:
1. Check how old is the unit, as the battery age/consumption increases battery backup time decreases.
2. Check whether UPS drops the load instantaneously as soon as the power fails.
3. Check the battery connection on the rear panel.
4. Check for the details on the recent power failure.
5. Did the UPS get sufficient time to charge the battery for 6 to 8hrs since the recent power outage.
6.Connect Easy UPS to AC power for ten hours while the battery charges to full capacity. If the detected problem is not corrected, contact Schneider Electric customer care.
