Power Break during EPO operation in the parallel system of Easy 3S UPS.
Cause: In the Easy UPS 3S parallel system, if the EPO function (either UPS front panel button or external remote EPO(J4) signal) is activated on one of the units, the customer load will be impacted before other units in parallel transfer from normal operation to bypass operation.
In the Tuner event log or on the display, Load disconnected and Load on bypass are logged simultaneously.
Resolution: For an immediate power-off requirement for all UPSs at the same time, use only the remote signal (J4) connected in series for all UPS in the installation.
If maintenance is required on the installation, follow the standard procedures described in the service manual to isolate the units.
Risks: In the case of external EPO cable deployment, there are chances for foreign particle entry, and this may lead to UPS damage.
