What will be the benefits of the new solution?

mySchneider portal:

mySchneider portal offers a tailored experience including asset visualization, asset document management, personalized content, training, product catalogues, support and much more.

EcoStruxure Energy Hub:

A more scalable platform without specific restrictions on number of gateways and/or devices per site; all features on a single integrated platform with web and mobile applications.

What should I do as a user?

Here the possible options, depending on your subscription and usage of Facility Expert:

Digital logbook:

  1. I use Facility Expert just to visualize on the web my switchboard, devices, and its documents. In this case, you just need to register in mySchneider (se.com) with the same Facility Expert email to ensure seamless transition.
    1. If you are a Panel Builder: Tracked Switchboards, assets, and documents are available from ‘Equipment Tracker’ feature available at the button in the home page:

Note: in case you are not able to visualize it, please contact your local Customer Care.

    1. If you are an End User: You can manage your assets from the ‘Installed base’ tab:

  1. I use Facility Expert to manage preventive maintenance of my equipment, or I am neither a Panel Builder nor an End User. In this case, you can request data extraction by contacting your local Customer Care and upload it on the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tool of your choice.
  2. I am a Process Automation customer and I use Facility Expert to view documents, such as my Customer FIRST Agreement and Preventative Maintenance Reports. In this case, existing and new documents for your company site(s) will be transferred to the Global Customer Support Portal (https://pasupport.se.com).
  3. I just need to access to the Switchboard documentation by scanning the QRCode. In that case, you just need to scan the QRcode with your mobile phone and click on ‘Documentation’. You may need to login to be able to visualize restricted documents.

Migration details: Digital logbook

Which features and data will transfer to mySchneider?

Electrical Distribution equipment like:

  • Switchboards
  • Circuit breakers
  • Contactors
  • Meters
  • Transformers
  • Protection relays

Only electrical equipment in the family of Facility Expert is migrated to mySchneider. The migration also includes:

  • Documents attached to this equipment (my documents tab), including access rights.
  • Any QR codes generated after October 2022
  • Site information (if good data quality)
  • Equipment hierarchy/layers (parent/child)

Which data will not be transferred to mySchneider?

All other equipment family types like:

  • Fire safety equipment
  • Refrigeration
  • Ventilation
  • Cooking

Maintenance related data such as:

  • Maintenance Plans
  • Tasks
  • Logs
  • Notifications
  • Assignments

When will my gateway be disconnected from the cloud?

-      Gateways EER31600 / EER70600 & A9XELC08 have been disconnected on April 9th , 2024.

-      Gateways EER31800 / EER72600 / EKO01827 & A9XELC10 in 1.7.8 & 2.14.0 firmware version have been disconnected on September 2nd, 2024.
