Video: What causes an LFF3 fault code on the ATV320 drive?
Issue:
ATV320 is showing LFF3 fault code.

Product Line:
Altivar 320, ATV320

Environment:
All Models

Cause:
Troubleshooting an LFF3 fault code

Resolution:
This fault indicates that the 4-20mA reference on Ai3 and COM is not being seen as expected.
If this function is programmed in error, you can deactivate by going to CONF->FULL->I/O.
Here you will have menus A1C-, A2C-, and A3C-.  These are alarm group 1 - 3 definition parameters.
One of them must be programmed as AP3 as AP3 is an alarm indicating the absence of 4-20mA signal on input AI3.
These can always be unassigned to deactivate this function if not needed.
